วันนี้ครูตุ๋มอาศัยช่วงพักเบรคช่วงเที่ยงและก่อนเข้าชม.สอนมา พัฒนาแบบบันทึกการนิเทศภายในที่มีรายการนิเทศสอดคล้องกับการประเมินเพื่อให้มี / เลื่อนวิทยฐานะ ตามแนวทาง ว21/2560 และนำผลการนิเทศมาจัดเก็บและไม่เพิ่มภาระงานแก่คุณครู ถ้าเรียบร้อยสมบูรณ์จำนำมาแชร์กันนะคะ
การนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาเป็นระดับคุณภาพที่คุณครูผู้ขอรับการประเมินวิทยฐานะชำนาญการพิเศษขึ้นไป จะต้องมีเอกสารเพื่อให้มีผลการประเมินผ่านในระดับคุณภาพ 3 ตามตัวชี้วัด 1.2.3 กลยุทธ์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งแสดงถึงการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้รูปแบบ เทคนิค และวิธีการ ที่เน้นวิธีการปฏิบัติ มีความหลากหลาย ใช้สื่อ นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี การจัดการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผลตามแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ ตัวชี้วัด หรือผลการเรียนรู้ จุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้และสอดคล้องกับธรรมชาติของผู้เรียนและสาระการเรียนรู้ โดยอ้างอิงได้จากการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา
